Bailes Nets Over $17,000
John captured over $17,000 in contributions during May and June 2006, according to election disclosure accounts. Although a newcomer to county politics, John has raised over $40,000 in what has become a highly contested commission race.
His opponent is recently turned Republican Curtis Adams. The election will be held on August 3, 2006. Early voting begins July 14 and continues until July 29.
