In TIMES FREE PRESS Today~Urging Voters to Listen to Free CD of Bailes' Interview with Editors

Below is a letter from my campaign manager, Pam Ladd, to the Chattanooga Times Free Press, requesting that voters listen to the editorial board interviews with myself and Mr. Adams. In fact, you can request a FREE CD with an abbreviated version of my interview (or listen below by clicking on the podcast icon).
Listen to interview; Bailes has the ideas
Mr. Lee Anderson ignored what commission candidates said in editorial board interviews when choosing between John Bailes and Curtis Adams — choosing the past rather than the future.
Listen to candidate’s remarks online. You’ll agree that Mr. Bailes sets out a vision for improving education, economic development and accountability in Hamilton County.
Instead, Mr. Adams rambles on without vision or competence. Guilty of feuding with schools, Adams now suggests a tax increase next year.
Worse is that Adams identifies no waste to cut and sketched no plan for economic development.
Indeed, John Bailes fits Mr. Anderson’s criteria for choosing the next commissioner — not Mr. Adams.
Mr. Anderson believes a candidate should (1) form partnerships to achieve economic development and (2) cooperate with school leaders to achieve educational excellence.
I encourage voters in District 8 to listen to the interviews of both Mr. Adams and Mr. Bailes before voting.
To receive a free CD with questions to and responses from the candidates, call 508-6846.
Whatever criteria you use to vote for the next District 8 commissioner, consider these interviews and decide more honestly than Mr. Anderson has. Then vote your conscience.
